Some of our members projects...

LOW AND SLOW SINCE 1929. This is Larry Morlock's Pietenpol Air Camper project. The Air Camper was designed by Bernard Pietenpol in 1929 and has been a popular homebuilt design for the last 70 years. Fuselage, landing gear and engine installation are complete, wing and tailfeathers still to come.
Fellow EAA member Ron Huddleston has been a big help in getting the project to this point. The Pietenpol was the first practical homebuilt airplane to be powered by an inexpensive, readily available automobile engine - the Model A Ford engine. Larry has been a pilot since 1975 and owned Model A Fords since 1955, so what better way to combine two hobbies than a Model A Ford powered airplane!
Tom Dollmeyer has built an AWARD WINNING Glasair Super-II FT.  You can follow his progress on his builders site.
